65th Nagaoka Koi Show Mr Stefan Koster from the Netherlands was one of the view international judges during the 65th Nagaoka Koi Show in Japan. It is an privilege to judge all the beautiful koi at the important koi show in Niigata. Only members of the Shinkokai (All Japan Nishikigoi Promotion Association) can be nominated as judge.
